MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to The Pocket Guide membership. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW
1.1 The Pocket Guide is a service provided by Victoria Marshall
1.2 The Pocket Guide offers one membership Tier at £35
1.3 Each tier provides different levels of access to content, resources, and support as detailed on our website and membership materials.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
2.1 Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
3.1 All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP)
3.2 Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.
3.3 If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 5 days. If payment continues to fail, your account access may be restricted until payment is resolved.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 To cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard or by emailing enquiries@victoriamarshall.co.uk with the subject line - MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
4.4 No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused membership time. Due to the digital nature of the products, it is all available at the time of access.
4.5 **Failed payments do not constitute cancellation**. You must follow the proper cancellation procedure outlined in section 4.3 to cancel your membership, regardless of payment status.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 The Pocket Guide does not offer a satisfaction guarantee or money-back guarantee of any kind.
5.2 All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once payment has been processed.
5.3 In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Victoria Marshall

6. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All content provided through The Pocket Guide membership, including but not limited to videos, templates, checklists, guides, and resources, is owned by Victoria Marshall and protected by intellectual property laws and must not be copied or shared.
6.2 Your membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or business use.
6.3 You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any membership content
- Copy or duplicate materials for distribution to non-members
- Use the content to create competing products or services
6.4 The Pocket Guide reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations of these terms.
7. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
7.1 Access to membership content is provided through our secure online platform.
7.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7.3 Your membership is for individual use only. Businesses requiring access for multiple team members should contact us about team licensing options.
7.4 We reserve the right to restrict access to your account if we detect unusual login activities or suspect account sharing.
8. CONTENT UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
8.1 New content is added to The Pocket Guide on a regular basis according to our published schedule.
8.2 The Pocket Guide strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
8.3 The Pocket Guide reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content as needed to maintain quality and relevance.
8.4 We will provide reasonable notice before making significant changes to membership benefits or content structure.
9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
9.1 Members participating in community forums, comments, or interactive features must adhere to our Community Guidelines, which prohibit:
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Spam or promotional content
- Sharing of personal or sensitive information
- Discussion of illegal activities
- Solicitation of other members
9.2 We reserve the right to remove content or restrict account access for violations of our Community Guidelines.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Significant changes to these terms will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
10.3 Continued use of the membership after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 Victoria Marshall reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership for violations of these Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.
11.2 Upon termination, you will lose access to all membership content and resources.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 The information provided through The Alpha Marketing Hub membership is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
12.2 Alpha Digital Marketing makes no guarantees about specific results from implementing our strategies or using our resources.
12.3 In no event shall Victoria Marshall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our membership services.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
