The programme begins in the group.
This first phase is about getting clear on the business you are scaling and what you actually want ads to do for it.
We look at:

My background is in strategy-led advertising. I do not separate ads from the business they are supporting.

That’s fine. Many people join while ads are already live.
We assess what’s in place, look at performance in context, and decide what needs adjusting and what doesn’t. Nothing gets reworked for the sake of it.
HOW MUCH AD SPEND IS REQUIRED?
There is no fixed minimum, but this programme is designed for businesses that can afford to spend consistently.
Typically, participants are comfortable spending at least £500 per month and scaling from there when it makes sense.
Spend is always discussed in context. Nothing is pushed blindly.
WHAT IF MY ADS AREN'T READY TO SCALE STRAIGHT AWAY
That’s normal. Not everyone scales immediately.
Some businesses need clarity, restructuring, or testing before pushing spend. The programme supports that process rather than forcing a timeline.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 6 MONTHS?
By the end of the programme, you should have:
